Reading Gutenberg

I'm a big fan of the public domain. Despite the efforts of a certain Mouse, copyright eventually expires on creative works and they become free to use for everyone. Project Gutenberg, dedicated to making public domain ebooks free for all, is one of the internet's greatest treasures. Unlike a certain monopolistic website named after a big river, Project Gutenberg's books are free of Digital Rights Management (DRM), meaning they are not subject to the whims of some mindless corporate entity that can simply take back a book you thought you had bought.

This humble space is dedicated Project Gutenberg's free e-books. I will review some of my favorite e-books available there in the hopes that you will grow to love the site as much as I do and possibly support it as well. Simply click the Blog button above to read my reviews and enjoy!

Anyone who wants to see other books I've read recently can visit my Storygraph page.

And, just because I can, here's a picture of that Mouse: Steamboat-Willie
